It really is. Going into a house where the pictures are not perfectly level gives me a major migrane.

You should see my brothers house where the doors aren’t square. It’s like living in a Dr. Seuss book

I was sitting at the kitchen table wondering why there was a bigger gap from the window to the door from on one side vs the other. It’s over an inch difference from one side of the door to the other. I’d think its more work to trim off the door and frame around it vs just making the hole square..

I'm using up the remainder of our rubylith tape around a couple of my infeed rollers (striped like a candy cane).
It's for relieving some air from the web around those couple of rollers or the web wants to form sporadic wrinkles.

I use a jig I made that mounts to the front hubs to set toe. I get them in spec front of hub and rear of hub if the wheel is off I move both side the same amount to correct it. The cams are all the way opposite- meaning the bolt all the way inboard in the front and the bolt all the way out board in the rear. This pushes my BAT (big assed tire) forward some to help with rubbing. Tracks great. No hunting. Corners like a go cart. All of this in my driveway. In the slush because inevitably choose a sheet day to do it.

You don't nave to disconnect the tie rod, there's a locknut on the threads, bust that loose and you can turn the inner t-rod to adjust.

I mean if you do yearly maintenance and spray them with fluid film in addition to once of your alignment they shouldn't freeze up.

I'm running an experiment now with the warfab tie rod sleeves and grease in them to see if they'll hold up. Here's hoping

I'm leaning on the side of lazy. It took a good effort to break the lock nut free. Tie rod itself is stuck.
It's currently bathing in some P.B.

My dad once told me he could tell when his yellow unit was 1/2 row of dots out of register on 133 l/s. I called bullshit. He pulled a sheet and put a loupe on it and damn if he wasn't right!

Call it what you want. I'm old school. It's a nut. For locking the adjustment in place.
Sounds like a lock nut to me :D
