So I had installed a fox elite performance series 2.5 on my toyota tacoma 2016 4x4 trd. My old suspension was a leveling kits with a block on the rear. Now I had installed a fox suspension on it. But I didn't remove the block from the rear. Afraid it might sag. Do you think it will sagged If remove the block?...it's a 1 inch block. Will it give a even stance if I do remove it? TIA

Removing a 1” block from the rear will lower the rear by 1”. If you want to know how that will compare to the front, get out your trusty tape measure.

Shocks don't generally have anything to do with ride height (the exception being adjustable ride height coilovers where you can crank down the collar to adjust height. In the absence of adjustable coilovers it's the spring length and rate that determine front height). In the rear your height will be determined by the leaf springs, or leafs and blocks in your case. As noted above if you remove 1" blocks you will reduce ride height by that amount.
