    Greetings Everyone!

I am looking for some help identifying this transmission and discerning the significance of the last 5 digits on the ID plate.

Tranny is a 30-40LE-35000-34190. (Synonymous with a A340E part number)

I am primarily curious as to the significance of the “34190” at the end of the part number and if it’s a significant suffix that denotes something internal or even a plug difference, or if it’s like a lot code or MFG location and doesn’t matter.

I am able to find tons of available options with the “30-40LE” and even “30-40E-35000” as these trannies are used in a plethora of vehicles, but it seems near impossible to find the exact
    “30-40LE -35000-34190” .

I'm trying to help my uncle replace his transmission that has whining and vibration on it for his trip back to Michigan from Florida.

    Thanks!
