Can a factory GoPro mount from a 2017 or 2018...whatever years they were standard...be added to a 2019? If so, anybody got a part number?

You mean this? It is just a regular sticky gopro mount.

I like the wolfbox personally, great rear view that I find better then the normal mirror. It is also useful if your rear window is obstructed.

Let me try this another way...does anybody have the Toyota part number for the GoPro mount used on the 2017 and 2018?

Garmin Mini 2 with the trail grid pro or dongar adapter to power the unit from the rear view mirror. Simple, clean install, good value. Most cameras aren't going to be able to reliability capture license plates. My mini 2 with a polarized lens can in decent light but not always. Dash cams moreso help to prove you aren't at fault for an accident.

My understanding is that it is integrated with the windshield. When I had to replace my windshield on my 2021 TRDOR DCSB I asked for a 2018 windshield which had PCS and got the mount.

I removed those annoying stickers on the sun visor.
I love my Viofo A229 Pro. Fantastic image quality (you can clearly see lisence plates), has a parking mode if you buy the hardwire kit, and an easy to use app. I don't know if you can set it to record the whole trip. I have mine set to 3 minute clips so it's faster to download.

I went for the one with a front, rear, and inside camera, in case I'm ever accused of being on the phone.

FWIW an internal camera is the easiest way to prove "not on / using phone," but lacking that, if you are willing to turn over your phone for forensic analysis it is pretty easy for an analyst to confirm that the phone was not in use at time of an accident. I.e. it will either still have been locked at the time of the accident, or even if open for uses such as music or navigation, the 3D accelerometers in it can confirm that it is not being held in one hand at time of accident.
