In a headlight assembly, use halogen H9. The OEM halogen headlight assembly does nor reflect LED bulbs properly.

I do not know as much about the fog light issues.

do a little reading about light and how having more doesn't necessarily mean better lighting for the operator or those you share the road with. LEDs and HIDs absolutely put out more light, unfortunately most if not all of the aftermarket options do a pretty awful job at placing the light in a useful beam pattern at best; at worst they make things dangerous due to blinding others as well as give you worse performance.

Adding auxiliary lighting or upgrading to the factory LED headlights tend to be the best option for improved performance. But if you're just after the cooler light color, whatever you find at Amazon will do the trick.

It’s easy to feel attacked here, especially when it’s a topic like this that has been extensively discussed. It’s a very polarizing subject, simply because people don’t want to spend the money to properly upgrade their headlights.
The thread linked further up is also stickied on the first page of the 3rd gen forum. It clearly and concisely explains why leds or HIDs in halogen housings perform poorly and are dangerous for you and other drivers.
It also lists the best performing plug and play LEDs. No harm in reading it and educating yourself with a thread that uses replicatable testing and measurements
