As many of you know Falken discontinued making these to attract the the offroading driver with their new AT4w. Nothing wrong with that.

There is a shit load of tires out there, but for my driving needs, I was hoping to stick with a 2ply AT. (Yes you can say not a true AT tire). I live in Oregon and spend most of my time on wet pavement and snow.

What are some tires you guys are running that are not a 3ply?
    265/75/16.

The Cooper discoverer ATs may interest you. The XLTs are 2 ply but I believe the smallest 16” size is 285/75/16. I might be wrong though. The other versions of their AT tires always seem to get good reviews.

    - ICON UCAs, BP51/Kings, SCS wheels, 285s, Leer 100XR canopy. Greenlane aluminum winch bumper, Smittybilt X20 winch. Trying Falken AT3w now, Really like BF KO2s.
    I’d check out Toyo AT3, 265 75 16 in SL 116T load rating, only 41 lbs.

I’m in the same boat. Loved my Wildpeaks and don’t want to go crazy. Was thinking about Rubitreks. Similar but cheaper. Have heard good things about the AT3s as well.

I have 15k on 295x75r16 cooper AT3 XLTs, love them but miss the 265 SL wildpeaks some days. Great light tire
