Hello. New member here. I found this group while doing a Google search for a mod on the wiper control. I figured I should join since I recently bought another Toyota (1998) after not owning a Toyota for years. I missed my old Toyota (1992 if I remember correctly ) and found one a couple years newer than my old one and only bought it because it was a manual transmission. The black paint is faded real bad and some spots have bare metal showing. I plan on doing a flat black paint job on it. The truck was lowered by previous owner and I plan on lifting it back up a little to factory height. This truck will be primarily used to drive to work and keep my nice keep forever truck from getting damaged from the environment at work. This taco has a little over 230,000 miles on it with many new parts from pulleys, gaskets, seals and the entire ac system has been replaced. All records were provided when I purchased the vehicle. Ill be checking out some pages for mods or parts. 20240406_113216.jpg

Welcome. 230k is nothing for that 2.4. My dad had a 97 with over 400k on it and it drove itself up on the roll back to be scrapped (rotted out frame). He dogged it every day of it's life. Loaded down for work almost every single day. RZ family is a legendary engine. Please bring that thing back to a factory look. She deserves it!
