The same shit everyone else has.
I’m in the process of revamping the front end of my truck.

I recently replaced the upper and lower steering shafts and I have a set of new tires waiting to go on.

But before I mount them, the truck needs aligned.

The truck has stock LCAs and SPC uppers.

The LCAs are pushed as far toward as possible and the caster and camber is set with the UCAs.

I don’t need any adjustability at the LCAs and would like to replace the factory alignment cams with a non adjustable cam.

I’m tired of factory cams moving after putzing around in the woods all day.

There’s a buncha different kits out there on the market that all seems to be pretty comparable.

Bison OR, Solo Motorsports, Poly Performance, KP Off-road, ect.

What kits are you guys using? Complaints? Criticisms? Ect?

Someone here sells octagonal cam washers. Guy in Rancho Cucamonga if i recall. Maybe this is one of the options you listed... but you can set them for coarse LCA alignment and they can't ever spin out of position. This is what I'd recommend, very easy.

Oh and for what it's worth I'd throw the tires and all the new parts on before doing the alignment.

Update: I checked, these are indeed the KP Offroad ones. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/the-be-all-end-all-to-your-alignment.770995/

I have a set ready to go in from KPO offroad going in. Seem well made and they were responsive when I asked about torque specs.

I dont think I'll get to it until this winter though. Basically doing a whole new front end

Bison are probably some of the most resilient.

...which reminds me I need to find mine and list them for sale.

I would recommend either the total chaos cam tub gussets, you'll have to remove the factory cam tabs and weld the gussets on. OR there's also the Marlin Crawler LCA frame brace kit. I have the marlin crawler kit but I screwed up and tried to make them work with the total chaos cam tabs. So now the frame brace kit is acting as my cam tabs currently lol. There's also the JD Fab lower arm pivots which is a more involved mod, cutting and welding etc. Or you could just weld some beads on the sides of the factory tabs so your alignment will hold better. Bison tabs aren't that great. I used to run the taco tabs by Poly performance and those were more of a headache than anything

why were taco tabs a headache for you? I love mine. Installed years ago and haven’t touched them since and alignment is still spot on.

They flattened my alignment tabs. To be fair though I tend to wheel my truck hard
