Does this do anything?

 

You’ll hear this question a lot on here and other forums on almost any EFI engine… some people say they can definitely feel a difference, others will tell you it’s marketing snake oil.

That said I am running this same spacer. In fact, I’ve run spacers on almost all my modified vehicles over the years. Does it work? I believe so. I believe there is a slight increase in throttle response. There have been YouTube videos with them proving minimal gains on stock and modified engines, as well as throttle response and fuel economy. The theory is that this creates a spinning vortex inside the intake helping the air to mix more equally and efficiently with the fuel as it’s being introduced to the combustion chamber. Nothing significant in the gains, maybe 1-3 hp/trq at best. But hey, it’s cheap and another mod you’ve accomplished.

So I say buy it and find out…

why selling?

 

I removed it a while back and haven’t had a chance to reinstall it. It had been sitting so I decided to sell it to use the money on some else. I am selling it for almost half of what it costs new.
