Which pulley usually causes a belt to break in half?

Don't think there's any particular pulley, just whichever one is seizing up or wobbling. Is this a one time occurrence or happening repeatedly?

Any of them. Just buy a complete pulley/tensioner kit from rockauto for $150 and be done with it. If one failed, the others aren't far behind. You'll keep snapping belts until you've replaced all the pulleys.
