Looking forward to see what you have planned for the 4th Gen Tacomas.

I do need a trailblazer to prove out a cargo / 3rd brake light T harness. That’s about it right now.

@kmorgan3 has some projects for them with vleds which should be fun once ready.

How about a T harness with a trigger wire from the bed scene lights? I'd like to install a couple small LEDs under each door that come on with the bed scene lights. I could cut and splice, but I really like your harnesses. Bought a few for my '22.

Yeah the T off bird brake light would include cargo, brake and ground. Don’t need to use all 3. You game?

I am. Dumb question, where do you access the harness for the third brake light? Hopefully somewhere other than behind the light...

That’s what I thought. Think I’m gonna tap into the bed light harness. It’s easier to access and already on the outside of the truck. I appreciate the quick responses.

Grab some photos if you don’t mind, haven’t checked out 4th gen bed light connectors yet.

I agree that’s an easier location to access the cargo circuit.

I will. In the meantime, these are from Diode Dynamics site. They sell a plug and play bed light kit where they use a T harness off the bed light and use their plugs for rock lights to mount on the bed rail. I'd do something similar, but run the wire to each side and mount a few low powered lights under each door, along the frame. Pics are grainy, but the OEM plugs look pretty common.
