I love these things, another mod that should be standard.

Any info on brand? I'm looking for some no drill options that would also accommodate my Power Tray. Thanks

I know replacing my serpentine belt is way past due at 151000 klms so the question is, has anyone had to replace any pulleys etc. in addition to the belt or should I just replace the belt?
Here is the cost comparison on Rock Auto for 2 brands of kits.

So, I found this 2016 Matchbox Tacoma 2 door access cab on Ebay. I liked the look of the blacked out nose and modded my 21 SR Tacoma to match.

Removed a dead cat from the radiator fan shroud. Put a new belt on since I took it off to take the fan clutch off. Darn cats sleeping on top of the engine at night.

i wouldn't say like a sway bar. they are like adding a progressive rate spring. imo they are too often used as a bandaid fix for an improperly sprung truck. best ride quality would come from a shorter bump stop to not sacrifice uptravel without the added stiffness. every truck ive been in with these and others like the timbrens the ride was god awful. you should never feel your bump stops hitting during regular day to day driving.

Just had Eibach suspension put on my taco, along with new Deaver Stage 4 (yes, you read that right) leaf springs. Totally different ride.

I also got some Toyo Open Country Open Country R/T Trail tires put on with Black Rhino wheels. Looks and feels like a completely different truck...

    I like the "Switchback".

Going back and forth with that one and the DB/SE.

You can't put a rack system on the Switchback...and I really like the utility of the Yakima system.

Went up to northern NM and got to explore and stretch the tacos legs a bit. A great way to spend my birthday!

The fender trim looks really nice. That’s the part that scares me the most. Do you think a CMR is a must or a deep CMC would work with 35s? I have 33s now with close to a -10 offset. I cut and hammered to get no rub while actually off roading but didn’t need a CMC. I know it’s a lot more work with 35s. I was looking at a -25 wheel when going with 35s. Thanks for your input and great looking AZ truck.
