Stereo sound upgrade

    I've installed the unit as well. Like a previous post stated, limit your expectations. It won't turn this JBL "Premium" system into a competition system; but it will definitely improve the volume. The speakers are definitely a weak point; which is why a Crutchfield package is coming.

    As far as beat sonic gain settings- I set rear to 12 o'clock and front to 1 o'clock.

    I got mine the other day and plan on getting it in this weekend. :thumbsup: Anything extra that I need to know? I watched the video and it seems pretty straightforward. :D

    Video is straight forward. Someone reported not being able to tuck the unit into the back right of the head unit. It doesn’t go in super easy, but if you take a look at it and push one of the harnesses aside, itll go in.

    Also adjust the Gains while you have it open. Seems like common sense but I didn’t do that so I had to pull it out and adjust not a big deal. Also, I used a piece of masking tape attached to a towel to mask off the section below the stereo, just so the dash wouldn’t get scratched.
