Anybody recognize this setup?

Tried looking for this truck's build thread, but never found it. Want to know what the wheel/tire/suspension setup is -- looks great!

 

Wheels look very similar to RRW RR5 model but in a gunmetal finish.

Tires are Toyo Open Country but no idea what size. Possibly a 265/75/16 but they might be the bigger 285/75/16 - hard to tell from a picture alone.

No way to know the suspension but it appears to have a small lift. Possibly Bilstein 5100 shocks in the rear that you can barely see peeking out on the rear passenger side. No idea on a specific build, nothing else you can really tell just from this picture. Good luck.
