    I was looking over the suspension the other day and noticed an additional shock mount location. What’s it there for? Looks like you would get a bit of lift and upper control arm clearance but leverage would also work against it a bit more.

    Likely part of the original assembly process, but definitely not a secondary shock mount location.

    That bolt hole is nowhere near large enough for the shock bolt. No clue what it's for, but it's not another shock mount point.
