I purchase most my "toyota" parts from
    https://autoparts.bommaritotoyota.net/
They discount every part to the point of being better priced than aftermarket parts at a parts store. Also orders over $100 ship free.
Oil I buy Mobil 1 from Costco when it's on sale. I have purchased drain plug gaskets from Amazon and the ones I received were if fact oem toyota gaskets.

I bought a filter element from a dealer.
Included with filter was 2 O-ring seals for filter canister and a drain plug gasket.

Adding the drain plug gasket was something special your dealer did. They don't come standard with the plug gasket. I've had other car brand dealers do this before.

I still have the original drain plug gasket stuck to the pan with 171k miles.

I get my filters from the local dealer. There is a discount for ordering online and picking it up. Cost is $4.11 plus tax. Amazon price is ~$7-$8 for the same thing (however they do deliver). I buy Mobil-1 when it goes on sale at Costco. It's usually less than $30 for 6 qts. I do hear that the Costco brand is pretty good too.

    Edit:
DOH! I responded to a zombie thread!
