Jackery Issues

I have a Jackery 1000 Plus and keep having the same issue with it. Once you get to 30% battery remaining it will discharge quicker than it states time remaining and die. I had them send me a new one and they sent me a factory refurbished unit which I sent back, complained and then received a new one. Almost the same issue...I also can't be certain this one wasn't factory refurbished as well because the box was totally different than a new one. Any one else having a similar issue? For context I use this to power the Iceco fridge in the back of my truck, nothing that's power hungry.
