93 Yota Brakes

    My stepson says 93 Yota 4x4 Brake peddle goes floor..
    few pumps it's back regular + hard..
    He's bled brakes few x's..
    But still occasionally peddle flails..:(
    No fluid leaks,+ clean full fluid

    I'm far away..thinking bad master cylinder?
    Any assistance appreciated:)

    you've looked at all the brake cylinders? including pulling off the rear drums?

    Yes had drums off shoes set up nice .lil drag...bled front and back many times...but actually found the PROBLEM....I needed to bleed the portioning valve... WOW...fixed pedal back rock hard again...all good :)
