    Did it ever work properly or is this a new installation? If this is a new install then you want to make sure that you have an ignition switched power supply going to input 1 (blue wire).

    I was able to resolve the issue, at least for the time being, by disconnecting the Switch Pro system from the battery, waiting a few minutes, then reconnecting.
