Costco told me this is a non repairable area of the tire

    liability and lawyers are a bitch.

    i think twice about pulling over and helping someone on the side of the road in the off chance they try to sue me later, or if it's a woman that i'm considering helping, get jailed on fake rape charges...

    people are crazy, and i do what i can to stay away from most of them.

    Both firms are good.

    It is not out of hand to consider the points on where though. I had brand new - day after getting them - tires get a puncture like that and I took the risk. It was indeed one of the times when plugging a tire was not just fine. That location had it leak a lot.
