Tried searching and YouTube but just got Clutch Cancel results.
    2009, 4.0, 6 speed.
Clutch works great and engages and shifts with a partial pedal. Problem is it takes pushing the clutch to the floor to start, like hard to the floor.
Is there an adjustment for the starter to engage with a softer pedal push?
    Thanks?

Clutch switch may need adjusting, it's on the clutch pedal bracket near the firewall. It will be the one that is depressed when the clutch pedal is depressed.

@Dm93 is correct, but yes, the clutch has to be fully depressed to start the truck. If you have to stand on it, check your floor mat or check the switch the pedal activates.

Lol, say that again after your girlfriend accidentally starts it in gear and now your truck is parked inside your house
