So my horn stopped working When I hit the panic button on my fob it works. Fuse is good. I can get it to honk if I turn the steering wheel back and forth while pressing the horn it will sometimes beep. Am I correct in thinking this is a clock spring malfunction?

This is a key indication that it is the clockspring (Spiral Cable), time for a new one.

When you figure out the part number for your clock spring, check out partsouq.com for a price that will be at least half of what the dealer wants.
