vibration and loose steering

this question had probably been asked many times but i have vibrations on a 2007 Tacoma prerunner with a i believe 1 inch lift on

$504 b8 5100 series set of front & rear shocks fits 1996 2004 tacoma with 1-1.5" lift | trendsauto decal | 24-249928 33-247724 33-247717

b8 5100 ride adjustable front coil overs and 5100 rears on a 1 inch spacer and regarding the loose steering i have checked components im pretty sure its just my tie rods but theres also something leaking out the top of the UCA ball joints and there is one LCA balljoint thats leaking too which is the attached image (i forgot to take picture of the UCA but the area around the ball joint is wet/greasy only on the top of the arm)
you guys are pro what can yall come up with cuz i took it to a shop and they cant seem to fix it

 

The pictured LBJ looks in perfect condition. I would check tierods.

Also, you did not specify when you have a vibration. There are too many factors to figure that out just yet. Need more details

 

Maybe make sure lugnuts are not loose.

 

Conditions it occurs under?

 

It could be your inner tie rods going into the steering rack. I had loose steering and that was the culprit.

 

the vibrations occur based on how full my gas tank is which its barely noticeable from full tank to about 3/4 tank then light to moderate vibrations to 3/4-2/4 tank then moderate the rest of the way down the tank, when it does vibrate it vibrates above 2k rpm this seems really specific i know i have tested putting washers in the carrier bearing and it improved slightly i just don’t wanna pull the gun yet on ordering the old mam emu kit

 

some more symptoms of the loose steering sometimes when I pass over the dividing lines on the free way the little bumps cause the car to drag the other way I’m merging

I’m new to lifted truck stuff and this is my first forum so sorry if this seems all unorganized

 

And your last alignment was when?

Not that alignment causes vibrations, but a good tech will find any worn parts in the front assembly and advise about work needed before alignment can be completed

 

last alignment was around may I think they didn’t tell me anything is wrong

 

Wheel balance?

Had vibrations and steering wheel shake around 60-70mph and a balance fixed it

 

Mine is getting aligned now and the tech said my inner tie rod was spinning free. I hasn’t heard this before and he says it’s common on these trucks? Going to remove the rod, clean it up and put it back together - I’ll know Wednesday if my vibes and steering are better. I did the last alignment so interested to get the readout of the ‘before’ numbers
