Gracenote update help

    Need some help as I’ve tried to read through previous posts on here but haven’t been able to download successfully from other peoples links. This is my current ‘Gracenote’ version on my 2017 truck. I’ve already updated the navigation with a new sd card and I’ve already updated the entune portion with the latest and greatest Kwi file. I know there is a Gracenote version 12 out there but the truck doesn’t seem to recognize the file when I try to download it off my flash drive. Any one have some helpful insight? Trying not to have the Toyota dealership charge me to download it but if I have too then so be it…IMG_1764.jpg
