Re placed sway bar bushings and installed re location kit.
Coolant flush
Installed spacers on skid plate- front diff was super close to skid plate.
Ordered some more rp342 before winter.

Does it just thread on a stud mounted to the frame? Or is it a bolt that goes through somewhere?

 

Trimmed the last section of the Bambed to fit with the All-Pro bed stiffeners, and it turned out just right fore and aft on Saturday. Trimmed the Bambed bed sliders to slide inside the bed stiffeners on Sunday. Memorial service Monday... Life goes on with projects. The new Bambed Solo is a great addition to their product line.

 

The factory one spins off. New one has a bolt. The frame has threads where the bump supposed to go.

 

Mounted new tires.

All the vibration and noise is gone.

I forgot how good these trucks ride with fresh balanced rubber.

 

Should have done it a long time ago. Just getting old.

Installed the Bambed Saturday. trimmed the bed sliders Sunday afternoon and installed those this morning. A great improvement over the 2x6 cross members to raise Dad's rough plywood to function as a platform weight reduction and more clearance above and below.

 

Building another set, Bi-LED projector. These will be for sale.
