I have 2019 Tacoma sr5 with 76,000 miles. Transmission fluid has never been changed. Is it a good idea to change it now?

Yes. Now would be a great time to change it.

Yes, change it. There is a lot of discussion on just what to use. Toyota WS ATF is the standard. There are others as is mentioned in many threads. The "Change" you speak of is a dilution of the ATF as you only can drain a fraction of the fluid. Somebody else will have to direct you to those threads.

Yes, change it, or have it changed. If you will do drain/refill, stick with oem ATF, or WS specific ATF like Idemitsu TLS-LV, which I put in my sister’s 2015 Lexus. If you do a flush, you have the option to change to a WS compatible fluid. Valvoline Multi Vehicle (formerly MaxLife) ATF is the popular option. Mobile Multi Vehicle is another good one.
My opinion is to do a flush with Valvoline, Mobile, or Idemitsu, then a drain/refill with the same every 30-40K thereafter.

Yes change it if that was my truck I would drain the transmission pan only. I use Amsoil transmission fluid which is WS compatible. I would look at your frame for rust and start a frame maintenance program while your down there. There is a check fluid level sequence which must be followed. USN adage ( 7P) Proper Prior Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance.
