About 4 months ago I had my both front cab mounts replaced as they were squeaking when you got into the truck, turned the wheels, or went over something uneven like a speed bump. Now I'm hearing it starting up again.
Any thoughts as to why this is a continuing issue.......other than that I'm picky after spending that much for a Taco Limited :) ?
I'm just beginning to hear this again but the last time my Taco sounded like a '72 F150 with 200K on it!!

For whatever reason, the left side fender puts a ton of pressure on the left mount. Ends up applying shearing forces and slices the rubber. Probably due to how they align the cab to frame at the factory. Mine are always in poor shape but make no noise.

The issue is that there it too much adjustability in the rear four cab mounts. The front two need the rear four to spot on.

You can replace the fronts with the Energy Suspension Universal Kit. It worked great for me, but cause the rear ones to squeak in the wet.

Rogue Offroad has adapter plate that allow us to use the full kit for Energy. The cab drops right in place as there is no long any adjustment, which is not needed. There is not Group Buy, but:

I appreciate the info......my problem is that I'm still under warranty. With only 18K in 2 years & no beach driving at all, I'm puzzled. Love my Taco...hate the squeak. Did Toyota screw it up or is my dealer less than qualified? Seems like 4 months after replacement they shouldn't be making noise.

Squeaks or some $$. Hard to say.

You situation is not unusual. You can keep going back. They might eventually get it right. It is not hard to wiggle the cab around, but getting the fronts centered with the huge holes in the rears can take some work. If anybody should have gotten it right, it would have been the factory. The physical hole alignment between the frame and cab is spot on.

I have almost 30k on the Rogue kit and am very pleased.
