Doing God's work here... When you remove the roof rack on the TH you are left with brackets on each corner. Then take those off, amd you have 2 holes left for each bracket. See the attached pics for part numbers to cover those holes and put a small thin black plastic plate over each set of holes. You need to order these three parts for each side, meaning driver's and passenger's. Not bad if you have the part numbers.

I am interested in doing this myself. I did a bit of research and these are the part numbers needed:

75596-AK010 x1 $19.88 Cover, Roof Drip Side Finish Molding Joint, Right Hand
75597-AK010 x1 $19.25 Cover, Roof Drip Side Finish Molding Joint, Left Hand
75553-AK010 x1 $23.99 Moulding, Roof Drip Side Finish, Rear Right Hand
75554-AK010 x1 $23.99 Moulding, Roof Drip Side Finish, Rear Left Hand
75561-AK010 x8 $00.98 Clip, Roof Drip Side Finish Moulding
    62475-04020 x4 $04.25 Roof Side Seal Inner

The front and rear trim pieces might be symmetrical from left to right but there are different part numbers so be cautious.
Some people are saying their clips are still intact so they do not need the (8) clips.
You could probably use tape or silicone in place of the seals as well. They only cover the screw holes to keep water from pooling.
