This is probably not your problem but I had a rattle in the same area . Turns out , it was my wife's sunglasses in the overhead compartment .

I had a garage door opener remote hanging on the sunvisor that would make a rattling noise. Took a few weeks to find it, drove me crazy until I did.

I have a manual and had rattling sounds and it sounded like coming from the cup holder or I thought of the glove compartment. Turns out it was my sunglasses that weren't fully laid flat on the cubby above and it rattled every once in a while. Now when I hear it I know I just need to re adjust the sunglasses so they're fully flat and no more rattle.

Also check the cover for the cabin air filter in the back of the glove box. Mine wasn’t fully locked into place and made a rattle from the pax side that took me 2 weeks of searching to find.

If I remember right I think it locks into place by pushing it up, therefore gravity is working against it

I had a rattle emanating from passenger A pillar area. Turns out it was the round plastic insert for trucks that have auto dual zone climate control air conditioning . There is a round hole that would contain a sunload heat sensor located up against windshield in the dash. My 2016 TRDOR did not have the auto climate control. So the hole for the sensor had a plastic plug filling the hole. Mine was loose fit and rattling. I simply glued it into place. No more rattle.

An update for anyone who finds this thread and has the same problem. I have identified the source of the rattle, it is coming from one of the sidewalls next to the wireless charging pad. I have not yet tried to resolve it but happy to have found the source. Thanks everyone for the suggestions, will keep these all in mind in case another noise pops up.

Only rattle I'll hear in my truck is when driving alone is the passenger seat belt buckle hitting the pillar. This won't happen if the seat belts are in use.

My truck is doing the same. Sounds just like your videos and has been driving me crazy! I was about to start tearing out the radio and climate controls. Do you have any more detail on what exactly causes the sound and how you resolved it?

My biggest pet peeve is the passenger seat vibrating against the arm rest when I’m around 75-80 mph.

@Diesel170 did you finally resolve. Please let us know if it really was the sidewall next to the qi charging. And pls let us know how you did it. If you have a video that would be fantastic. Thank you.
