Why do they even have a setting on the toaster that turns bread into charcoal? Is that a consumer request?

Festivus for the rest of us! I do celebrate Mardi Gras!
I also hand out candy at Halloween - I’m the cool house with the “good stuff”. Although attendance is on the decline… less than a half dozen last year.

 

One time I heard my son tell his mom…
“I’ll be good all day for 5 dollars”
She said “Why don’t you be like your dad and be good for nothin’”

 

I never get any trick or treaters. It helps to keep the lights off. All that leftover candy? Well, I can’t let it go to waste

 

I figgered. I saw ALOT of folks roadside last week when I went to Grand Isle. Sumptin’ was bitin’.

For our 15th anniversary I took the wife to one of them fancy eatin’ places where they prepare your meal right in front of you. I think it was called Subway

Ok, now you’ve sparked the question in my brain… is Dollar General’s dress code higher or lower than WalMart’s? How does that compare to Dollar Tree’s dress code?

 

Well, neither Dollar General nor Dollar Tree has a popular “people of” website. At least to my knowledge. So, being the conformist that I am, I hold them to a higher standard and dress accordingly. I’ve never seen anyone at those places I’d expect to go viral. A daily occurrence at Walmart
