My ears are ringing just *thinking* about a 5.56 going off inside a truck.

Wow just Wow, so many things wrong.
I hope this was a good learning experience in handling a gun safely. No one died, truck can be repaired or replaced. Your leg can't be replaced and neither can you if you bleed out.

Its okay, the rifle had a "silencer" on it, so it barely even made a sound!

something tells me Drew isnt the type of guy that matches subsonic with his suppressor. He was probably shooting surplus green tips or something stupid.

Know a guy who took this up a notch. He would sit on his driver's window while coasting down dirt roads and keep the truck straight with his foot. Spotted a deer, didn't pay attention, and rolled up the bank on the side of the road, flipping the truck on its side on top of his leg. Bad, bad break. Walked with a limp the rest of his life. Oh, and missed the deer.

ok forgive me for not using a longer word to describe something irrelevant to my actual question about my Tacoma. this is a tacoma site not a gun snob to point out the obvious shit in your post site right?

Because you shot a hole through the floorboard of your truck, and posted it on the internet, of course..

And before you claim for a second time it wasn't your fault...
You handed a loaded and chambered firearm to an incompetent friend. A friend you specifically mentioned was having psych problems. And if that wasn't enough, you allowed him to go to work on it sitting in the passenger side of your own vehicle.
You might as well have pulled the trigger yourself.

Dude uses "all due respect" like ricky bobby in Talladega nights. LOL That was a joke, not an instruction manual on how to use the phrase.

One of the "Darwin Awards" ... a man hunting mountain goats was found dead under a goat carcass, at the base of a vertical cliff face, with the gun pointed up the vertical cliff face.

    Gravity is a bitch.
