    Hello!
I purchased a replacement frame from a forum member and it will work out great for my lemon of a purchase 09. I was stripping off some of the extras that are on the new frame including a non-usable (or I would have just used it) wire harness. In the midst of doing that I managed to break the connector tabs on all of them. I was very careful, but they were old and apparently very brittle. I tried to order some from my local dealer yesterday (I've ordered a bunch of parts from them) and was informed that they are not an item you can get separate from the harness... seems insane to me for anything outside of my Tacoma.. It's a white clip that is in the midst of the taped harness and clips into holes on the frame.
I'm wondering if anyone else might know where I could get any of these, or (I don't have a 3D printer or I might try to make them myself) someone who might be up for a challenge, could try printing some of these out. I checked the forum but I can't be the only butter fingers out there who has broken these critical clips.
I am also open to any other options or suggestions!
I'll see if I have a picture of one of these clips in my phone here at work. If not, I'll take a picture tonight.

If HF is easy for you to get to they have similar plastic clamps and the rubber insulated aluminum type. I like the latter for automotive use.

    Thanks for the suggestion!

Less than a mile away, they know me pretty well. Not just the security guy either! The checkers and the guys just roaming around with headsets on too.. I mean I assume they work there. I've worn out a space on the floor walking back and forth in front of the welding, automotive, and "off-road" areas in my local HF. I check the returns area about once a week.
I don't always buy there, but it's good to see what's available.

I'm actually dying to figure out what I can do with a 1" Roller Ball Bearing because they are only a dollar with coupon at the moment. :)

You mean it’s just the 1” ball? If so, you grind a flat spot on one side and use it in your vice to hold things that aren’t square. You put the flat side against one jaw and the odd shaped part against the other jaw. Takes 3 hands but it works very well.
