I haven't calculated the savings but I get better mileage using ethanol free gas. Its also better for your engine.

What about tires with a smaller footprint? I noticed a drop in fuel economy going from 245 to 265‘s. If you’re riding wide tires, moving thinner might help?

If you get 2 extra MPG, that amounts to under $5 a week savings for the average driver. It’s not worth it in my opinion to drive like a grandma. I tend to just drive like I stole it and pay the extra few bucks.

Clean MAF, throttle body, change plugs and OEM air filter, and enjoy spirited driving at manufacturer's estimated mpg, 15-18, maybe 20hwy. Tacoma reality.
