Popping and static from left front dash speaker

    I replaced my stock w/ the DS18’s and a month or so ago I got some crackling and popping from that speaker only.

    I send speakers back and installed some kicker mid/tweeters to do a sound comparison and check if that’s even the problem. Thought it was good, then started again.

    It still happens when I turn the radio completely off so I’m guessing it’s a bad ground. I’ve tried swapping harnesses from factory to connection at speaker. I don't know where that speaker location is grounded. know

    any help? It’s driving me crazy.
