Well I think I’m about to back out of this 100 series, so at least you’ll be happy about that.

Meh, no reason to use Amazon when Partsouq and Olathe/Ourisman Toyota exist.

That seems like a strange word to use after you just said you don’t care if I take your advice or not. Like you said, people are free to ignore if they’re tired of hearing about it. No hard feelings, I get it.

    Not a strange word

It accurately describes your behavior here

I'm not referring to my specific advice, I'm talking about the many members in this thread that have spent time helping you

Even now explaining this to you, it's lost on you

Also I'm worried if I threw away a whole Taco Bell menu item if this Saturn doesn't work

Picked up a Saturn at a local garage sale :anonymous:

Not really, got to use it to extract a sheared bolt for the first time, amazing having that as an option now
Probably going to be taking it out soon to put together some sort of fuse block mount plate. Might still just get a sheet of acrylic and bend that instead though.
Been putting that project off as I want to move all my switches to a dedicated switch panel when I do the wiring, and I haven’t found a place for that yet. Thinking down by the ashtray, but I’ve been saving that for a gmrs radio..

I doubt anyone else cares what I do or don’t do either. Btw I did take the advice to get a second opinion on the Tacoma, which ended up being very helpful. But please feel free to ignore if my conduct is so objectionable.

    Good point

Paid $20 for it, but the lady wanted $10 more for a 2nd controller so I'm all in at $30 along with rubbing alcohol and q tips at the moment

I haven't had to pull any bolts with a welder; seems anytime I offer, said member is in some rust state

As for GMRS radios, if you've got a single din radio, some people place theirs underneath in the little cubby

Think @JKO1998 did that on his old Tacoma

This one I sheared this one off because I was trying to torque the lower shock bolt to the leaf spring bolt torque spec :anonymous:
Wasn't a rust problem just a me problem lmao

Yeah could do the switch panel there too, but I've got a double-din radio, and have wanted to eventually upgrade that to a CarPlay double din too..
Probably will just have to come to terms with the fact I need to buy a single-din and solve this problem the same way everyone else already has.

Damn they really make everything we're talking about, ash tray switch panel, lower din switch panel and a fuse block mount plate. Good prices too

There are more fun ways to spend $7500-$10k then on a crusty 100 series.
I'd rather be in a 3rd gen LS430 riding around on a V8 powered comfy cloud.
