I just got my truck (2019 TRD DCSB 6MT) detailed and when I pulled out of the parking lot I started getting the "Accelerator and Brake Pedals Depressed Simultaneously" alert. I limped the ol girl home going about 12mph the whole way. I read through the thread about this and sorted through all the irrelevant comments about heel/toe driving. I don't have modified lights. I do have a cap and none of the wiring is shorting. Brake lights all work and the bulbs are fine. The brake lights are stuck on though. Disconnected the battery for 20 minutes. Still stuck on. My head unit and steering wheel buttons are acting up as well. The up and left arrows work for the dash display but the down and right don't work. Somehow something got out of whack because when I press the adaptive cruise button the dash display goes down and when I hit the lane assist button the display goes right. I pulled all the fuses under the hood and under the dash nothing was blown. At this point I'm not sure where to start. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you think, maybe, that the detailing might have had something to do with the problem?

If the detail place used a power washer under the hood , you could have water forced into any number of connections .
