ericvega, pull it off, yes, but how? Which way? Don't want to break anything. Looks to be screwed in on one end -- is it? Is that what you mean by "undo" one end of it?
["ericvega, post: 22894567, member: 300744"]Lay down on your back on the floor of your drivers seat so your head touches the pedal (feet outside of course). You will see the fuses. The cover comes off by pulling it off. It has a tab on one side that you have to undo."]

To add to this,... I find that having a milk container on the ground just out of the door helps the small of my back. Lift rear seat......front seat back ALL the way.

I broke the plastic tag because I did not know where it was.....The cover now lives in the arm rest...hehe

I wish I knew that trick. Would've saved me a few days of aches and pains. And the cover isn't really needed except for the sticker on it

See the white plastic box with the sticker on it? In the photo that Captain Sirloin posted, you can see theres two slots near the top of the sticker...that's a hinge. Pull from near the bottom side of the sticker and it'll come right off.

Is there a way to tell if a fuse is bad? My cigarette charger hasnt worked since i purchased my used 2018. Just searched this forum for solutions. Just seems odd that a fuse would go out on the charger

Yes, pull it out and look at it. Or test both sides with a test light or meter. Someone could've spilled water on it.

Well? I have same problem w my 2020 Taco limited. Worked and then just stopped Mu fuse box is in engine compartment. None look blown. The map of fuses is cryptic and nothing helps in the owners manual. LAME! So disappointed. My dealer is a ride away. 11th car in my life. Never had this problem and it ahould be a simple fix.

does anyone know what fuse it is?????

My truck does not have under dash. There is an airbag there. The fuse box is in under the hood. Just like the pic posted.

Found it. This other fuse box is actually behind the plastic cover under steering wheel. You cant see it unless u r on your back. Pull cover off. Replaced 15amp “Power outlet no. 1”. Works. Thanks peeps. !!!!

This thread had been very helpful as Toyota has done it's best to make sure only Dealer Mechanics know which fuse is which. Does anyone know what "P/OUTLET NO. 2" powers?

"P/OUTLET NO. 2" powers the outlet inside the center console armrest behind the hand brake and gear selector
