Head light assembly replacement

    Does anyone know a good but inexpensive site to get replacement headlight assembly with a led driving lights that wont take you broke as mine are all fogged.

    I got some off Amazon. They haven’t started hazing up yet. But after 3 years the clear coat stuff started flaking off. It is so thin that you don’t notice it.

    I’ve not seen any aftermarket assemblies that are as good as OEM.

    It all the same in the end. You can buy 2 sets of aftermarket or one set of OEM.

    They aren’t really hard to change. The one bolt up in the fender well is annoying. You have to work blind. Go by feel, unless you pull the whole fender well out. And I’m not doing that.

    Unless you're planning to sell or trade in the truck soon, you should probably replace them with OEM. OEM housings are the only housings to reliably hold up over time. Others won't take long before fogging with water inside.

    So as @TnShooter said, you can either multiple cheap sets, or one OEM set. Also, you can't efficiently run LEDs in the OEM setup, but their are better bulbs. lookup "ultimate headlight upgrade" on here.
