I've had Icon delta joint UCA for about 80k miles and have loved them the whole time, they've never given us any sort of problem.

We recently (about a month and a half) ago brought them into an off road shop to get everything serviced as well as replace the delta joint it's self. Not the whole UCA just the delta joint.

While off roading yesterday my buddy was spotting me and we went over about a 6inch rock and the delta joint just fell out.... no visible twisting or bending to it.

Mind you we got them replaced less then 2 months ago. Has anyone Has a freak problem like that or would you say they weren't installed correctly by the shop?

    Stuff and junk and things...

To correctly press the Delta joints into the billet arms you need a shim that aligns the bore vertically so you can use a standard H press to install. I bet the shop doesn't have the kit from Icon with the correct shim and they ruined your arms by pressing them in not inline with the bore. Take it back to them and have them replace your arms, that is their mistake.

Here is the correct parts to install with a C clamp or H press.

Or they didn't get the Spiralock in all the way and it pulled out of it's groove.

Yeah I'd say the retainer clip definitely failed or wasn't in place right
