Hello friends, so I have an 09 base model taco, and my wiper motor doesn’t have a mist or intermittent speed setting, which is pretty annoying. So I’m wondering if anyone has any recommendations or knows of any windshield wiper motor upgrades that would allow me to have a mist setting or allow more time between strokes

Oh that's easy, you just replace the stalk switch on the steering column with the delay stalk switch.

Mist you should have though, that's strange. Can you hear the washer pump when you pull the switch towards you?

It'll work on almost any Toyota product that doesn't have intermittent wipers. I've done it to both my 05 Tacoma and 08 Scion xB. They both use the same parts bin stalk.

Yessir and not a single bit of wiring needs adding/splicing/etc. Truly is plug and play.

I can confirm this worked on my 2015 base. Plug and play.
