Got the driver seat recovered today. Still have to do the door card inserts and the rear passenger seats.

Headlight Service harness installed with new Osram bulbs. Much better lighting at night now. No pics as there isn't much to show and many people have done it.

New amp installed under the passenger seat. Both old amps that were in the truck are now in the dumpster. Down to a single Alpine BBX-T600 600W that actually works and I'm happy with it. Smaller than what was there before, both physically and power wise.

This was under the driver seat and was driving the subs that were previously in the truck. I tossed them as they aren't my cup of tea. Also saves weight because racetruck.

This one is what I just replaced with the Alpine unit. This one had something loose in it and would cause a hiss sometimes that would go away when jiggling wires or the adjustment knobs.

Alpine now installed and the wiring cleaned up. Whoever installed the old ones had just shoved the wires in there without using the proper connectors.

Suspension stuff today. I finally received all of the new shock/coil overs so started the install today. Rear is done and the front coil overs are built and ready for the swap tomorrow.

I also swapped the leaf spring plates for the Calvert Racing CalTracs plates. I'll finish installing those a little later as I want to get the suspension adjusted first.

And the remainder of the CalTracs bars. Not sure I'll keep these as I'm less drag race and more street performance and handling. Been toying with the idea of swapping in a Mustang IRS at some point down the road even.

Front coilovers are in. Dropped the front by about an inch overall. I'm pretty happy with how the trucks sits now. I wouldn't mind lower but I have large speedbumps that I have to go over at work, so lower doesn't make much sense right now. The ride is great, noticeably stiffer with the 650lb front springs. It's much more car like now but not overly stiff with how I have the shocks adjusted.

Hard to tell the height difference. Rear is pretty much the same, front is about 1" lower now.
