Hello yall my name is Doug, I am from the mass in the Northshore Area and just bought my first Tacoma!!! well, I have had it for about a month but I have just found this forum. i am a tech at a Cadillac dealership ( i know that i betrayed gm by not getting a Silverado but I just always wanted a taco) i have not done much to it but I am planning to do more, from the moment I got it I did an oil change and fixed my exhaust. i want to do i can to make this truck last so give any suggestions on what i could do to make this car last. the truck has 117,000 miles on it but i know it ain't much for these trucks
i do have an appointment to make to get the truck undercoated but I am looking at changing some of the fluids ( trans, transfer case, rear diff ) just don't have any idea if I should or what fluid to use but if you could leave any suggestion that would be great. plz also leave some suggestions on what tires I should ( they should be all-season and good in snow. )

I'm not understanding how you can be a tech and not either know the answers to these Q's or where you quickly find them.

I am just looking for other options, just like I Know what should be used for a gm vehicle. I know that there are better options than the OEM parts. I have found all the parts and fluids that I could use for my maintenance just looking to see what other people think
