    Hello again!

Many of likely saw my very first thread on this forum ever, which was the unfortunate fate my truck had met on its way back from the dealer. A drive from California to Arizona, turned into almost a 2-month wait to get my truck back after a transmission failure 342 miles in.

The good news is, this thread should be MUCH more fun than that one. I am now nearly 2k miles into enjoying the truck and it has been a dream to drive. Here’s what I expect to post along the way here:
    • Modifications I have done to the truck
    • Any insights I gain on those installations and why I chose the parts compared to alternatives
    • Adventures with the truck and friends
    • Getting to know anyone else who loves this new gen as much as I have grown to as well
It looks like this is the first TRD Pro Build thread on here so hopefully we have many more that follow suit.

    HERE WE GO!

    DAY 1:

Feels like an eternity ago at this point, but this is Day 1 of the journey. July 2024. After an 11 hour road trip from Phoenix, finally made it to the dealer where she awaited. Searched far and wide to find one, so it was pretty sweet finally getting to see it in person after the months of searching.

Then we get into the drive home and being without the truck for 2 months, but we’ll skip that part as I have relived it far too many times.

Since then, the truck has been somewhat of a pavement princess. Not much time yet to take it out and really let it rip, but to be fair, I wanted to make sure I had a proper break-in period this time around with the new trans. Though, I was able to take it out the morning of my wedding and get the first dirt run in with my best friend. Let me tell you, I had a BLAST and a bug bit me in that moment and I cannot wait to get back out.

As for now, this is how she sits. A future build list in the works and once I have that a bit more concrete I’ll go ahead and add that down below.
