275/70/17 seems like a good option

    Stock as all get out.
I have a 2in level up front, 17x8.5 scs ray 10 with -12 offset, 265/70/17 and no rub.

Do you have lift? Also what is the offset on the rims, -10?

Stock suspension in those pics. I now have a small lift, Bilstein 6112s on the 3/4 settings so about 1 1/4" in front. Go to my profile and look at my posts and you will find some other pictures I have posted if you want to see it with the lift. Actually just changed to a different wheel set up also.

I just got some scs stealth 6 in 17x8.5 with -10 offset and was wondering what were the biggest tires that would fit with a stock suspension

    I would stick with a 265/70/17.

You think there would be any rubbing?

I've had 265/70/17 ko2's on stock with F5 wheels in same config. No rubbing at all on stock suspension and would not recommend to go bigger than that without a lift.

I would rarely rub at stock height. An alignment pushing the wheels slightly forward would have taken care of it but I waited to get it aligned after the lift. Some very minimal trimming would have also fixed it.

Nothing yet, I did splurge and got the TRD lift kit ordered.
So running the 265/70/17r, did you guys have to remove the air damn off the front bumper?

For you 2nd gen guys running scs 17" 8.5 -10offset and a 265-70 do the front mudflaps have to be ditched? I have the pro lift on my truck with dobinson rear leafs and I'm thinking about going to 17" sr8's as there are way more tire choices then the 265 75 16 I have been running. I'm due for tires and just not finding anything I like for the 265 75 16 that isn't an e load. Hoping I can get away with leaving the flaps as they have been on the truck since 12' and I'll have noticable marks on the fender flares if I had to remove them.
