Bilsteins 5100s on the top setting, 4runner Gray TRD Pro Sema wheels, 285/70/17 Toyo AT3s, Sumo Bump stops, TRD exhaust, ECGS Clamshell bushing, 1/4 shim for the lean and one inch rear block, OEM Pro grill and garnish OEM TRD Skid plate, TRD CAI, Demon Brackets, Rigid Industries Pro fog lights, OEM Trail Rails sidebars, Diode Dynamics LED SL1 high and low beam lights, OEM Roof racks, Clazzio leather heated seats, Remote Start, TRD Pro shift knob, tinted windows, Rockford Fosgate 4 channel amp for the headunit and sub and amp combo, OEM Puddle lights, OEM tailgate lock, OEM bed mat, LED interior lights, OEM blackout kit for letters, JLT catch can, upgraded 27F toyota True Start battery, Vleds led tail light kit with Pro tail lights, OEM Rave4 side mirrors with convex spotters, just to name a few mods.
I have the 5100s on the top setting, 1 in rear block, Sumo bump stops on all 4 corners. 285/70/17 TOYO AT3s SL rated on OEM 4Runner SEMA wheels which is a nice light combo. No rubbing, no cutting no vibrations, no issues and still running factory mud guards. The truck is currently on a Blackhawk 2 tune and calibrated with a RC in line calibrator. I get about 17 to 18 on a daily average and on a road trip to NC I was seeing 21 to almost 22. This is confirmed with the old fashioned way of calculating mileage. I see no power loss and at one time I was fighting going to 285s. Best move I did for looks, ride and overall happiness!

@VaToy kinda digressing from OP's question but how's the 5100 riding on top setting? I have the same setup but have been too lazy to adjust the clip and have also heard it rides "rougher". It would be good to hear from someone who is actually riding on the highest settings.

no different than before but I went from the older toyos 265s to the new At3 and personally I think it rides smoother because of the tires. Rides like my cousins 23 Pro and my other relative has a 2023 trail with the 6112s. I think the 5100s are a slight better ride than the 6112s with the different coils. I’m happy with them

Thanks for the insight. I’m assuming you’re running on stock coils too which the 5100s are designed for. I might have to get out the tools this weekend then
