Good Morning folks. Just dropping in to say HI!
When I started the thread back in 2011 I was only 63 and and wasn't expecting to have as many folks in the 60 + age range, but alas, the group has grown over the years (in numbers) and many of us have now passed in to the 70+ range and still going strong . Many have come and gone but we are fortunate to still have our group of good folks that post (regardless of age). You all make the thread what it is today for all ages and for that I say Thank You.

I have been in a sort of media withdrawal. I still check the thread daily, answer any PM's and occasionally I will post. I will be back hopefully after things slow down a bit. Until then, I wish all with medical issues of sorts my prayers and well wishes. I also hope everyone continues in the pursuit of their lifes ambitions . Life is Good!

Stay safe, hang in there and enjoy life. Tom and Murph, please continue to post your culinary pictures. They wet my appetite :D.

Nice to see the post, Ken. I will continue to post up food pics as I can. The part for my pellet grill finally came in so I am doing a little more outside cooking. Hope you have a wonderful winter vacation planned.

Good morning. Off to the Maryland shore around 1pm today for a cousin's weekend. I am cooking dinner tomorrow night, a pasta alfredo. The weekend will be good because I will have time to visit with my sister's.

Good morning, Chuck. If you ever come across a Benelli Sei take a few pics for me. I was looking at purchasing either the Benelli Sei, a Suzuki Rotary, or the Kawasaki KZ900 in 1976, went with the Kawasaki. At this point the Benelli would have been a decent investment.

:pccoffee: Good Morning Porch Pals & Sue! Well, they say we won't break 80 again today, and that's fine with me. Enjoyed being out yesterday, but my legs and hips did not. Near that magic therapy point where what we've stretched gets a little stronger, instead of more sore! NEAR. Going to try to get some more in today.

    Everybody stay good!

Good to hear from you Ken. You are missed by all when we don’t hear from you. Hope all is well with you.
I know for me too the internet gets to be a bit much and I too step back from it occasionally. Hang in there Ken. Hope to be hearing more from you in the near future.

    Afternoon all:

Good to hear from you Ken!

:annoyed:, took the long way around to hunt a place because a bridge is being replaced across the Pa. turnpike, we get to where we have both hunted for probably 60years and find it posted! Bethlehem water authority owns the land and is slowly leasing it out to hunting clubs, a few years back I was told that it was going to happen, so no surprise, little by little we keep losing decent spots. :(

    Hey Ken,

I agree with the others ...... good to hear from you.

Just read a news story where the author labeled a certain current political candidate as a "thermonuclear platitude dispenser". Is that the same as a "BS ARTIST"?
    Just wondering.

Sorry to read this Carl. Some things in our lives should not be allowed to change.

Good morning. Made it to the beach without any problems. Going to be a relaxing weekend.

I'll have to look through my photos when I get home as I've seen a few of the Benellis at events. Former coworker who has since retired donated his Suzuki Rotary to the Antique Auto Club museum in Hershey, PA where it's now on display.

YIKES! 56* our high today! A shock to the system!
Busy day for me. Kettlebells, shower, grocery shopping, pick up daughter’s dog for the day, old bud (my age!) coming to visit for lunch, prep late lunch for granddaughter, take dog back to daughter’s, maybe have an evening glass of wine alone and watch old war movies waiting on granddaughter to get home from work.

Wishing everyone a fun day! Stay safe, get healthy! Enjoy the day!

Snow in central Utah today. We knew it was going to be cold, so we picked all the green tomatoes of any size late last afternoon. It had been drizzling all day, and we heard it coming down last night. But we didn't expect snow on the ground.

:pccoffee: Good Morning Porch Pals & Sue! Well, might have finished my work for the day. Got the second NEW cover tossed over the greenhouse. I could NOT climb the step ladder at all, so I tied it to some heavy 16/3 SO cord from the pool light work, tossed that over the top, and yanked it over and unfolded. I got to flip a couple edges on top before I tie it down, but it's not breezy for a few days. I got a white one, and found that it was really a "shade sail" - only corner grommets, no stretch to the material, and slightly concave sides. That didn't work. So, silver now. Pics later.

Therapy on hips at two, and I am tired of being sore!
