I drive mainly highway to and from work. I’m getting some wandering at these speeds and not necessarily fighting the truck to stay straight but definitely can feel it pushing it back wanting to tug right or left depending at times.

I recently did a 2” lift. Bilstein 5100’s front and rear. Front set at top notch for 2” with stock coilovers and a 1/2” spacer on driver side for lean. Rear is a wheelers Single AAL with the overload left in. I also threw on some 275/70/17 Wildpeaks on TRD Pro 4Runner rims. I do also have 1.25” spydertrax wheel spacers.

from the research I’ve done new UCAs is going to help with this but also can come down to my alignment for the caster. I’ve attached a picture of the alignment that was done and I’m thinking my caster is too low which is the main driver for the driving stability I’m experiencing at highway speeds. Bottom of the picture he said is what my caster is at. Does anybody have any input or opinions please?

Around 2.5 to 3 degrees of caster is ideal.

In short, UCA will fix it.
Buy once, cry once. Stay away from eBay and Amazon.

Is the 2.5 to 3 degrees achievable on stock UCAs for the time being until I can afford new UCAs? Also any recommendations for some good budget UCAs?

    No. Not with stock UCA.

As for budget, JBA is probably about as "cheap" as you can get for the quality.
SPC has gone through so many changes, I don't if I can recommend them any more? @wi_taco

Yeah I’ve heard SPC has horrible quality issues lately. Thanks for the input man I appreciate it. I’ll start saving up for some UCAs and probably get rid of the wheel spacers for the time being too.
