I checked all my fuses and they seem to be working along with my relay. I went to the dealer and they wanted $1,300 for a clock spring which they said should be the problem if it works sometimes but not consistently after turning the wheel. Or the button below it which was over $2,000. So I purchased a clock spring on Amazon for $16. I watched a video on YouTube about how to install it for my 2011 Tacoma TRD and it worked! It took me about a half an hour. I wish I had bought a more expensive part around the tune of $60 with a year guarantee on it because I bet the $16 one will break and I'll have to do it again soon like one of the video people that I had used to install it. Overall it works now and it wasn't too hard. When I'm troubleshooting and not sure I try to spend as little money as possible. I read that in 2009 there was a recall on the clock spring so there have been some issues.
