Theyre grippy, a little noisy. Life expectancy is within 10% tire to tire...ko2 will probably offer a bit better comfort overall (quieter, smoother, etc.) between the 2...most of my friends use ko2, my personal preference is Cooper. Good company, good warranty, good tire.

I just bought Ko2’s and I love them. General grabbers are cheaper from what I know

I have a 16 Tacoma TRD Offroad and it looks like the previous owner put 1" spacers above the shocks. I'm currently running 265 75R16 KO2s and the only rub is on the inside of the wheel well right in front of the mudflaps, and only at hard turns. I know I can trim that spot down on the truck; does anyone know how much bigger I could go, tire-wise?

    I wonder what these 295/85r16 ko2 look like next to a 285/75r16 ko2?!

The work beast and weekend warrior rig.
I'll throw in my $0.02 for anyone tire shopping.
I'm currently on my 3rd set of Mastercraft Courser MXT. 285/75R16
I have a summer set and a set studded for winter. They both perform great for a mud tire on the pavement, smooth ride, not super noisy comparatively and great grip in dry or wet conditions!
Off road they are the best compromise I've found for superior traction while wheeling with a good ride to get you home. I usually run them around 15psi with no problems and no bead locks.
The only thing is I wish they offered them in a load C rating instead of just the E for this size. The E is a stiffer compound and the rubber could be a bit better if it was a C rating. But for what they are, they work great and haven't left me stuck yet!

I'm torn between 35's in C or E rated. I currently have 295/70r17 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT's in E rated. They are 70lbs each and pure beef, but one of the more aggressive "ATs" on the market. I am upgrading to 35s and am interested in 35x11.5r17 Falken AT4's that come in C rated. I have a short commute of about 5 miles and my truck is a weekend warrior used for camping and some trails in Northern California which can have some nasty shale and rocky terrain. Is there anyone who can give suggestions and or advice on going C or E rated? E rated would mean a 315/70r17 or 35x12.5r17s. I'd like to save on getting too much poke with 12.5 wides but am again uncertain on getting C's or E's?
