Assuming your talking about the 110v AC outlet it's rated for 100 watts while driving and 400 watts idling in park so @110v that would be 0.9 amps driving and 3.6 amps idling in park.

    Welcome!
are you referring to the 120 VAC?
If so, the owners manual is handy and can easily be DL'd from Toyota's site.
Oh also, the button has the watts on it

Can I run a speaker and a nativity yard decor off that?

Depends on the draw, as long as it doesn't exceed the limits it should be ok.
My father in law had a pistol, he called it his Tico Tico.

If you hooked it up to an audio speaker you would hear a very loud 60hz drone until the speaker caught fire. It would scare all the children away.

I’m assuming you mean an audio amplifier rather than an audio speaker. 400 watts is likely plenty for a typical audio amplifier.

I have little idea what a “nativity yard decor” is. We Need more information, for example the amount of power (watts) it draws. Once you know that, I think you can answer the question yourself.
